Guided Canoe trip on Loch Maree

Scotland

Canoeing

As you can see from the photo above Loch Maree is of sheer beauty, the longest freshwater loch in Scotland that hasn't been impacted by us, humans. It has a total of 66 islands to explore with a pair of nesting sea eagles which can be spotted as you paddle down the loch if we're lucky. The surrounding area is steeped in history and folklore, and it doesn't take long to understand why this area is a delightful favourite.
Learn how to paddle the traditional style open canoe
βœ“
Paddle across the longest non-human impacted freshwater Loch in Scotland
βœ“
Paddle through some exciting but easy white water
βœ“
Explore some of the 66 islands, inc Isle Maree where there is a real life money tree
βœ“
Have a chance to see a white-tailed Sea Eagle in its natural surroundingsDay 1Beinn Eighe Car Park - Letterewe
Starting off in the car park near Beinn Eighe, we check kit, cover safety procedures then get on the water and run through some basic skills to build confidence.
