HOTBOX Sea Sauna is Northern Ireland’s original sea sauna experience, offering an authentic Finnish wood-burning sauna on the stunning Causeway Coast. Choose between two unique locations: the signature Benone Sea Sauna, where you can plunge into the invigorating Wild Atlantic waters between hot sessions, or the tranquil Drumagosker Rural Sauna, nestled in the lush Irish countryside, providing a serene escape under the trees.

Each HotBox location is equipped with a small buffer zone for changing, though arriving swim-ready is recommended. Sessions, or "Hot Slots," last between 1-2 hours, with recommended sauna intervals of 5-15 minutes interspersed with breaks or cold plunges. The saunas comfortably seat up to six people, ensuring a spacious and enjoyable experience. HotBox is exclusively for those aged 16 and over, providing a rejuvenating escape for adults looking to unwind and reap the numerous health benefits of sauna bathing.
