This autumn, Luna Hut Sauna will return to Sea Lanes, offering a unique combination of sauna sessions and refreshing swims in the pool or sea. This blend of heat and cold immersion provides both relaxation and tangible physical benefits in a stunning seaside location. Additionally, Luna Hut Sauna will make an appearance at Sussex University Sports Centre this term, with opening times to be announced soon.
