The Nomadic Sauna invites you to come and sweat with us in traditional wood-fired saunas by the sea, offering both private and community sessions. Nestled at Kingston Beach, Southwick from Thursday to Monday, and Seaford Beach, Seaford on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, this unique experience promises relaxation and rejuvenation.

Community Saunas offer 30 and 60-minute sessions for individual bookings, allowing you to share the experience with up to eight other members of the community. Bring your swimwear, a full water bottle, and two towels—one for sitting and one for drying off. Enjoy the serene beach setting, complete with a dip tank, portable beach shower, and fresh water buckets for a refreshing splash.

Located at Kingston Beach, Southwick, and Seaford Beach, Seaford, these saunas are accessible to anyone over the age of 16, with children over 7 welcome in private sessions with a responsible adult. While not all saunas are wheelchair accessible, the team is ready to discuss any specific needs to ensure a comfortable experience.
