She is designed to be used as a relaxing space to enjoy the surroundings whilst also having the privacy of the hold feeling like your private space to observe river life. On Sunny days she will be open and on less favourable days we can use the boats canopy to keep you comfortable and dry.<br /><br />As an introductory offer this summer we are offering a limited number of trips where individuals or small groups can join in these scheduled trips to create a 12. Cancellation Policy: At The Old Boat we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to provide flexibility while also ensuring fairness to both our customers and our business. Therefore, we have formulated the following cancellation policy for our boat trips: 1. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure will be eligible for a full refund. 2. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage our customers to inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible to allow us to reschedule or accommodate other customers. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the booking process. Please note that in case of adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety of our guests, we reserve the right to cancel a trip. In such cases, customers will be provided with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We are committed to delivering exceptional experiences and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.
