Wild SwimmingThe river at Eynsford is shallow and clear, making it ideal for fording. However, beware of cars that may be driving through the stream bed. Upstream from Eynsford, the chalk stream running from Lullingstone Castle lake is murky but still clean enough to swim in. Above the small weir at Lullingstone Roman Villa, the river is especially pretty. Parking is available very close by at Eynsford car park.
