We pick you up at Brighton train station for a day exploring award winning vineyards with a very special lunch and tour at Springs Smokery. At our first stop, you will enjoy an expert guided vineyard and winery tour where your guide will show you how English sparkling wine is produced from grape to glass, followed by a tutored English wine tasting.  After your morning vineyard tour, we head to Springs Smokery where smoking expert and manager, Nick, will show you how Springs, prepare, smoke and cure their amazing produce. After your tour, be prepared for a bottomless lunch consisting of a full selection of Springs produce including hot and cold smoked salmon, smoked duck, mackerel, chicken, cod roe, gravlax, sauces, breads, chutneys and salads, all paired with guest Sussex wines: a unique and tasty experience! After lunch we head to our next Sussex vineyard for your second wine tasting. You will have time to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings while watching the sun fall over the vineyard. A Great British day out!
